Nicola Drago joins Forces with Zodiak Active and is appointed SVP Strategy and New Business

Nicola Drago has been appointed SVP Strategy and New Business of Zodiak Active, Zodiak Media’s digital hub dedicated to the creation, development and production of digital and branded content across all platforms. The new role will be in addition to Drago’s current position as CEO of Zodiak América Latina.

 

Nicola Drago will support Zodiak Active’s CEO Marco Ferrari in scouting and creating synergies with other Zodiak divisions. Additionally, he will help Zodiak Active expand into new international markets, beyond Italy, UK and Brazil, where the company is already well established. The new position also reflects a move to further develop Zodiak Active’s operations in Latin America, where the response to  digital content is very encouraging.

 

Marco Ferrari, Zodiak Active’s CEO, comments: “the Latin American region is fertile soil for Zodiak Active business as audiences are young, open to innovative platforms and digitally cultivated. Nicola Drago will continue to oversee the activities of Zodiak América Latina, a division within Zodiak Media that produces and distributes content to the US Hispanic and Latin American markets. Zodiak América Latina is comprised of two separate companies:  Zodiak Latino, managed by CEO Harris Whitbeck, covering the US Hispanic market and Spanish-speaking Latin America, and Zodiak Brasil, managed by CEO Carla Affonso, focusing on the Brazilian market.
